Nope, that’s the beauty of this journey! Many of my clients begin without clear goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s important to you and shape a path forward, even if you’re unsure where to start.

That’s totally normal—and actually a good sign. It means you care. My job is to help you feel supported, not pressured. We go at your pace.

Not at all. While I often coach women through career transitions, I also support clients navigating identity shifts, big life moves, retirement, imposter syndrome, and personal growth.

I offer both virtual and occasionally, in-person coaching (based on location and availability). Most clients opt for virtual sessions for flexibility and comfort.

I offer flexible options including single sessions, multi-session packages, and a sliding scale for those who qualify. We’ll discuss rates during your discovery call to make sure it’s accessible and aligned.
